Accept surplus patrol boat donation for Boston Police Harbor Patrol Unit

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Thirty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000.00) in the form of a grant, Donation of MSP Surplus Vessel - Marine 43, awarded by Massachusetts State Police / Crime Laboratory to be administered by the Police Department. The grant would fund the transfer of one 1979 Coast Guard UTB Patrol Boat "Marine 43" from the Massachusetts State Police Marine Unit to the Boston Police Harbor Patrol Unit.
