On motion of Councilor Flynn and Culpepper, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Worrell as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Flynn, Culpepper, and Worrell, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 10 (Breadon, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber), not present 2 (Durkan, Worrell), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
