On motion of Councilor Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors FitzGerald and Murphy as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Flynn, FitzGerald, and Murphy, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 10 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Weber, Worrell), not present 2 (Mejia, Santana), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
