Recommit the City to Vision Zero 2030 traffic safety

On motion of Councilors Pepén and Breadon, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Louijeune as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Pepén, Breadon, and Louijeune, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Weber, Worrell), absent 2 (Coletta Zapata, Santana).
