Designate The New England Conservatory as a City Landmark

Communication was received by the City Clerk from the Boston Landmarks Commission for City Council action on the designation of The New England Conservatory, 290 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, as a Landmark (in effect after August 28, 2026 if not acted upon).
On motion of Councilor Durkan, the rules were suspended; the designation was passed: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), not present 1 (Mejia), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
