Grant ($250,000) for school-based career pathways and youth employment pilot

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) in the form of a grant, Permanent Fund for Boston Grant, awarded by The Boston Foundation, to be administered by the OYEO Admin. The grant would fund supporting the design and implementation of a pilot integrating school-based career pathways, paid youth employment, and postsecondary learning at BPS high schools with established health career pathways to address the challenges and opportunities facing Greater Boston communities.
