Adult workforce preparation and education grant ($202,537.80)

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Two Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Eighty Cents ($202,537.80) in the form of a grant, WIOA Adult Activities Admin Grant, awarded by the United States Department of Labor, passed through the MassHire Department of Career Services, to be administered by the Office of Workforce Development. The grant would fund the creation of a seamless system of adult education workforce preparation and training services.
