Youth activation summit and professional development grant ($150,000)

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) in the form of a grant, Mayor's Office of Human Services' Connect, Learn and Explore Initiative, awarded by Boston Children's Hospital to be administered by the Office of Human Services. The grant would fund an annual citywide activation summit for youth, host recurring professional development sessions and network convenings for youth workers, and conduct a youth needs assessment.
