Supplemental Appropriation for Storekeepers Union Contract ($10,320)

Message and order for a supplemental appropriation order for the Boston Public Schools Department for FY27 in the amount of Ten Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($10,320.00) to cover the FY27 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreement between the Boston School Committee and AFL-CIO, Council 93, Local 2814 (Storekeepers and Stores Deliverymen’s Union). The terms of the contract are September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. The major provisions of the contract include a base wage increase of 2% in September of 2026 and a flat dollar amount of $800 to be added to annual salaries in January of 2027.
